This app would not validate my email and at different times would not accept my phone number as valid, could not create an account after multiple attempts

Wouldn’t even let me make an account, don’t know why it would have even locked me out and wouldent even go back a screen
Use Google Maps to plan
App doesn’t reflect current closures, and currently chooses horrible routes to “guarantee comfort and safety.” Well idk about you but I’d prefer a crowded train for 5 minutes vs 50% longer travel time.
Google Maps also sends you to closed bus stops but it’s no worse than the app.

When it works, it’s great
I’m an Apple user which makes things easier. But nonetheless, this app is quite iffy. I never know if it’s going to work not…but when it does it’s so easy.

Gutes Tool für Paris
Eine gute App um sich in Paris zu bewegen. Einmal einen Navigo Pass gekauft und die physische Karte aufgehoben. Beim nächsten Parisbesuch den Pass einfach über das Smartphone ( mit NFC ) wieder aufgeladen. Top

Cannot create account from USA or with USA phone number
So, we are planning trip from USA to France and we cannot create account either on app or on website because you do not allow USA IP address or USA phone number. So how we are supposed to use this or purchase tickets ???

Excellent app, easy to navigate and intuitive.

Once you passed the registration process it was easy and it was nice to be able to save the tickets in my wallet but only for iPhones

Take this app down
Tried multiple times to create an account by deleting the app and starting over using different email addresses. Each time it successfully validated my phone/email address, and each time it directed me to login it said invalid email address. Absolute junk
Hire a design analyst!
Look folks, you’re making it much too difficult. Why do I have to type in my email address? Why can’t I name each card in my Wallet? Why can’t I get the keyboard to disappear to I can tap the payment button (had to view Terms and Conditions to get it to go away)? So finally I decide to create an account, and guess what: “an error has occurred”. Brilliant! Get yourself a designer who has some experience, or at least one who knows how to capture an adequate error message.

Bought a pass to the airport, didn't work when I arrived there and was blocked at the gate 🙄
Broken and fraud too!!
This app sucks, horrible experience to purchase a monthly Navigo pass. In addition to this, my previous pass only lasted one week as I purchased it one week before the end of the month, and nothing had warned me it does not work on sliding months, they clearly do that on purpose, fraud!!!
Will Not Accept American Phone Number
Cannot create an account, as the app does not offer US phone numbers as an available format. Use Bonjour RATP instead. Or better yet, avoid giving France your money.
Super gay
One of the worst and gayest apps I have ever encountered. Must have been programmed by the French. Full of bugs, repeated unexitable screens, and if you dare upgrade your phone, it needs a crack team of technicians to have it work again.
