App won’t let you log in

I created an account, but was unable to log in and the forgot my password feature didn’t work. My wife couldn’t even create an account. This is a terrible app.

Blocked!!

Tried to establish an account, and for some reason I was blocked. Their AI support was no help. Said I needed to email the company, but no email address available. So guess I’ll be downloading Bonjour RAPD instead

Got scammed

Ridiculous situation in France that this company scam my 2.55 euro.As I purchase the ticket for metro and load for a god forsaken time, after that I try to reload the page and the whole loading screen disappear. Then I try to look at the metro card in the apple wallet it show 0 ticket

Stole my money

If you have IDF Mobilite+, it still allows you to buy individual tickets, e.g. tickets to CDG. But those tickets can NEVER BE USED. The app will always bill you IDF Mobilite+ account, and there is no way to switch/select.

Also, tickets purchased on your phone CANNOT be transferred to another phone.

Olá, informamos que a criação de conta fora da zona Europa não é possível. No entanto, gostaríamos de informar que todos os bilhetes estão disponíveis para compra sem a necessidade de criar uma conta, com exceção dos pacotes Navigo Semanal, Mensal e Anual, que exigem conexão. Mina da equipe IDFM.

If you are talking about an account creation issue, it should be noted that this is reserved for countries in the European zone and certain specific countries (Brazil is not one of them). However, this will not prevent you from buying transport tickets. If a ticket fails to load, it will be automatically refunded within 24 hours. Use Google Maps to plan

App doesn’t reflect current closures, and currently chooses horrible routes to “guarantee comfort and safety.” Well idk about you but I’d prefer a crowded train for 5 minutes vs 50% longer travel time.

Google Maps also sends you to closed bus stops but it’s no worse than the app.

When it works, it’s great

I’m an Apple user which makes things easier. But nonetheless, this app is quite iffy. I never know if it’s going to work not…but when it does it’s so easy.

Eine gute App um sich in Paris zu bewegen. Einmal einen Navigo Pass gekauft und die physische Karte aufgehoben. Beim nächsten Parisbesuch den Pass einfach über das Smartphone ( mit NFC ) wieder aufgeladen. Top

Cannot create account from USA or with USA phone number

So, we are planning trip from USA to France and we cannot create account either on app or on website because you do not allow USA IP address or USA phone number. So how we are supposed to use this or purchase tickets ???
