ileero remit service left running - I send emergency money but this doesn’t get delivered to target recipient - I send WhatsApp message but I get a message telling me “we are away now” - I reach ileero via phone call but this doesn’t get answered - I reach them via their 2nd phone number but this call also doesn’t get answered - I repeat phone calls numerous times but no response - I email ileero and I wait until they’ll respond to this email.

I use Ileero Remit recently for the first time to send money to friends in Ghana. I was amazed how easy it was to carry out the transaction. I also found the App easy to use and understand. Registration and verification were quick, and allowed me to do I was able carry out transfers immediately after verification.
