With the elimination of card protect there’s no way to increase or decrease spending limits on credit cards…went for major purchase above my previous spending limit and couldn’t change through the app to allow

I have been a member for this bank for more than 5 years. when I got an email from them that they are upgrading the system but never told me I had to make a new account on a new app that they never told us about until u go there in person to fix it. Definitely changing banks

I need to zelle payments and I can't. This is causing my daughter to use her funds to pay some of my bills. unacceptable
Downgrade
The previous app had so many more options. I have my daughter’s member number under mine, which is no longer there. So I cannot easily transfer money to her acct or her to mine. The transactions do not have details, just electronic withdrawal. So instead of easily looking at what bills I have already paid I have to look them up on the bill payment sites to see if I paid them or check for amount paid instead of payee. Not an upgrade
