Useless app
The app supposedly updated 2 weeks ago for 2025..app still states all of the info for merchants and food is still old from 2024. This review is written 2 days before the 2025 fair. Not a surprise considering who is running the State as a whole into the ground.
Pretty shoddy to say the least.

Okay, could use updating
The Daily Schedule is easier to scroll/search through vs the website, but when you click an event, it shows the incorrect day. Starting at 7 pm it lists the date and day as the next day, which is incorrect. It could be a time zone setting your webmaster needs to fix.
The app would also benefit from a main grand stage grouping and/or an event type filter, i.e. music.
Also, the “app support” link in the App Store only goes to the website, not actual web support. (And the contact us on the website doesn’t work, at least not on mobile. Hence the low rating and review to communicate these issues.

Mediocre
Fire whoever’s cousin designed this app. Horrible. Never complete. Never accurate. And don’t have a category like “specials” if there are NO specials. JB, please throw some money at this problem and let’s have a great app for a great fair.
Worst app for a fair
Few of the items listed have a location or show where the event is taking place. Also, some of the events (Illinois wine, ARCA race) are not on the schedule. ARCA race should be under Grandstand events, but you can’t even do a search to find it.
Missing info
In feedback Miller tent in schedule not there. Free shows does not tell for all where they are located. Food does not tell what vendor has it?
