bad lights
it doesnt let me do my own colours on there or anything doesnt let me make an account it is a very bad app and very bad lights first you all cant spell “sin up” doesnt let me sign up and last of all i can only have it on a solid colour which isnt the reason i bought them so if you could fix it.
Trash app and led lights
don’t buy these led lights and waste your time. 10 months ago and 3 years ago for an update? that’s insane. whoever made this app doesn’t care about people having difficulties with the app. also, my led lights for some reason they turn different colors while on a certain color like an example pink and it has pink and red. wouldn’t recommend in general.

Issue
Keep getting network request fail, not sure what to do. It worked fine for years until now

I tried using the app to connect my lights in my room and they connected and the colors are ok but the other problem is that when I connected the music to the app it wouldn’t show any of my songs that I downloaded and I tried everything to make it work I restarted my phone,I made sure nothing was wrong with my Bluetooth or WiFi,and I tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing worked

Not letting me connect
When I scanned the QR code and got the app, I went to add device and had 5 options that said “LED strips” underneath to choose from, I clicked all of them to try and connect them to see if they would but but did not. On top of that, when I went to create an account I put in my email and pressed “obtain” then it said succes with a check symbol and looked for an email or text and never received one in the minute time frame it gives. It’s either my iPhone 16 took too long or it doesn’t send it in a good amount of time. Other than thought the lights work great and the remote has good reach.
