It’s ok
I tried using the app to connect my lights in my room and they connected and the colors are ok but the other problem is that when I connected the music to the app it wouldn’t show any of my songs that I downloaded and I tried everything to make it work I restarted my phone,I made sure nothing was wrong with my Bluetooth or WiFi,and I tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing worked

Not letting me connect
When I scanned the QR code and got the app, I went to add device and had 5 options that said “LED strips” underneath to choose from, I clicked all of them to try and connect them to see if they would but but did not. On top of that, when I went to create an account I put in my email and pressed “obtain” then it said succes with a check symbol and looked for an email or text and never received one in the minute time frame it gives. It’s either my iPhone 16 took too long or it doesn’t send it in a good amount of time. Other than thought the lights work great and the remote has good reach.

Horrible made me crash out
Had the led light for 3 years and have lost the remote 7 times so I just got the app TODAY and it was goo for about half the day then it went wrong. I had tried to change the color and the color is on the opposite side of the color wheel…AND then I was like whatever I’ll just change the brightness. IT WAS CHANGING THE DAMN COLOR of the lights instead of the BRIGHTNESS and I had go so mad I updated the app turned of my phone exited out of all my apps and powered off my phone and it STILL didn’t work so you know what it’s just a bad app and has LOTS of bugs that NEED to be fixed ASAP

stays on a dark screen
doesn’t let me on the app the screen stays black then decides to kick me off the app i have been trying this for the past 10 minutes it’s still the same,black screen.

This app is horrible my lights are connected to it but nothing pulls up to switch modes or anything when trying to do diy and scenes the price of lights are not worth it at all because this app does not work at all can’t even write feedback or email support from it as it continues to not load stuff and say network error which the only network error is this app

It keeps staying connect blue and it randomly stops working I sleep with red led lights so I don’t get sleep at night because the app randomly stops working:/ but after all it’s alright 🤷♀️
Not good app
I tried to connect to support by emailing them to the website they recommend there and they have not replied. First email about 2 months ago!

Will not stay connected to Wi-Fi have to unplug it then plug it back in every day to get it connected. 😡 do not buy this product it's a waste of money.!!!
Poor app
9 out of 10 times the app doesn’t work. It’ll connect and immediately disconnect from Bluetooth.

My app won’t connect
I don’t understand why my app won’t connect. I have everything set up and I’ve read the instructions three times. I don’t really understand why they’re not working. I’m a little bit confused and the support is not that great.
Home Screen Widget Needed + Apple Home App
GREAT App, but an annoying issue is that there is no Home Screen widget or Apple Home App link for a quick on/off toggle.
It is annoying to always open the app every single time to toggle the led lights on/off.

Won’t open
Went to go change our light color and the app just loads to a black screen. No idea why it stopped working but it did
Not the best but work and still pretty good.
not bad app but only connects to apple music so can’t use spotify. The way the app works is terrible, anything you click on ljke the user guide doesn’t load anything up which isn’t useful. I hope this feedback helps to improve the lights and app.
