The web browser version of this doesnt match what your user guides say. Drop down tabs don’t exist where they should. Endlessly frustrating

I complained so many times about the app but nothing happened it is not a practical app for classrooms ( I wish we did not have it)
It is not recommended.
I know this is an app designed for parents, but as a teacher, I can say that it is very clunky, slow, and user-unfriendly, as well as being very limited. There are better apps available that provide teachers with superior support—helping them complete their work more quickly—while also ensuring parents receive excellent feedback.

Every time I open the app it asks for feedback even though I’ve already left it. SUPER annoying!

Very user friendly app!
We at Little Innocence Preschool & Daycare started journey with illumine because of Pandemic issue. The idea of taking offline school to virtual was a nightmare, however illumine app made it so easy and time-saving.
The app is very user friendly for both school management team and parents.
The support team of illumine is so quick in their responses. The overall feedback for this app is just awesome!
