I complained so many times about the app but nothing happened it is not a practical app for classrooms ( I wish we did not have it)
It is not recommended.
I know this is an app designed for parents, but as a teacher, I can say that it is very clunky, slow, and user-unfriendly, as well as being very limited. There are better apps available that provide teachers with superior support—helping them complete their work more quickly—while also ensuring parents receive excellent feedback.

Every time I open the app it asks for feedback even though I’ve already left it. SUPER annoying!

Tried to sign up twice and won't even get past there
