Outdated App
With all the updates this app still lacks the bare minimum to choose your own 3 colors. We’ve had this system for over 6 yrs and are replacing with new lights that can actually set a Holiday Scene.

Control Variety & Fairly Easy to Use
I’ve seen a lot of other reviews complaining about not being to change certain things but the app has updated substantially since then. You can control color, brightness, speed etc. for each “Lamp” or a your group so you have complete control over what light performs what function. As far as the changing to music goes, it works pretty well with coordinating the lights and brightness to speed and insensitive of music volume so it definitely looks cool! Only thing I would suggest is being able to sync it with a music streaming app like Spotify or Apple Music rather than using the iPhone Microphone. Overall great app and lights!

Music mode not working.
I have iPhone 11, when I click on music or effect mixer it logs out the app. Help fix before I return product.
Just missing a few things to be fully functional
It could be so good....this app falls short with the effects mixer and music. Can’t get the music to work at all. Nada.

App crashes every time!!
The app crashes every time I try and play music. Seeing as this was the sole purpose of purchasing these light, I’m very disappointed. Please fix this issue! Seems like this has been an issue for sometime now.
Basic, super basic...
So yah, as most reviews stated it’s like super basic. Plain ole static RGB color control works good. (Set it to one color and forget it) and their basic color jump patterns work well also. The big buzz killer for me personally, along with many other users is the fact that we can’t choose colors to jump from in basic settings. In order to have this option, you’ve got to basically keep the app open.. which is a no go for everyone. Super crappy on that aspect. If you close outta the app, it stays on last color it was on (in mixer mode). Bummer. Needs work. Doubt they’ll fix it.

Whenever I click on the music function it kicks me out of the app.

Can’t control from two phones
The paper instruction manual that comes with the lights says “refer to the operation manual part in the iLUX Mesh APP” to control the lights with multiple phones. But then when you go to the in-app manual there are no instructions for two-phone control.
Cool lights, app is not that great
The lights are pretty cool, the app closes every time I try to play music with it so not sure how well the lights actually dance to music, took several attempts to connect lights, maybe an update to the app will help, would be cool if lights would sync to IHeartRadio, or pandora, or any other subscription based music

App crashes after a minute being open.
This app has good function but sadly it only stays open for a minute then closes itself. Also the music does not sync. All on iPhone operating system.

I just got this and the app crashes every time I try to play music. So many complaints here about crashing, yet you haven’t done anything about it. Please fix it! Synching lights to music is a cool feature. Please care about maintaining your app and make it happen.
So Many Issues...
There are so many issues with this app that I will only address the worst of them. The main and, ultimately, terrible problem that makes this app useless is that it can not keep any of the lamps connected. I have six lamps and the are CONSTANTLY appearing and disappearing from the main screen of the app.
It makes it really difficult to make any changes once you’re in the light’s controls is it disconnects while you’re making your changes. It also makes it very difficult to add any of the lamps to the groups as they only show up in the “group” only if it’s connected.
It’s almost easier to use the physical remote to make simple changes.

Lighting
Excellent lamps but as previously stated app does not work with music on my IPhone 8 Plus.
Very disappointed as this was the main reason I purchased these for Christmas party. I have emailed customer service but no reply to date!!!

Music doesn’t work
Everytime I press the music button it just kicks me out into the main screen.this is why I brought the lights in the first place 😡
Crashing continually
The idea is great and I even paid extra to have lights I could control. But the app keeps crashing despite deleting and reinstalling and turning my phone on and off. I have finally given up and will just use them the same way I use the less expensive version of the same lights.
Frustrated
The App would be better if the music part would work. Every time I try to get it to work it closes the app. Even the mixer doesn’t work. I have an iPhone X and the software is 13.1.3 Fix this because you boast about this part of your lights and it doesn’t work. I love the lights but you need to fix the app.

NEEDS a fresh update and more customization!
LOVE having these bulbs in my room and the variety of lighting I could create. I’d love more freedom in the “dynamic” tab and also the option to use in widget.
Poor Music Support
Music support is weak. Music downloaded from iTunes subscription isn’t available in the music list.
