Not good
This system is made to have you think there is errors to constantly be worried about items. It constantly advertises trying to upsell. The monitoring is not needed and not timely. There are better systems out there
App is Inconsistently reporting connection strength to devices
System health shows my camera as having poor connectivity, but then when I click on the camera and even do a connectivity test to it the app shows that the connection strength is great.
volume behaviour
The app is generally reliable but why is my phone volume ramped up from zero when I open a camera stream? My volume is set to zero for a reason, I don’t want random apps to change it for me without my permission.
Much worse in iPhone than Android
Almost no customization over what you get notifications for on your phone
They make using the app a pain intentionally
I recently downgraded from core monitoring to the standard plan.
Those are pretty disappointing experience. All of my devices disappeared so I had to call to get upgraded back to a standard plan.
Even my lightbulbs can link to my smart home system without monitoring I find it ridiculous to reserve, automations and smart home integration to a higher level just to make you pay for monitoring
