Got it as a birthday present, installed myself (took me an hour probably).
One of the best presents I have ever got.
It still works perfectly and is mostly in “fire and forget” mode.

Great controller
Easy to use, very user friendly.
Nice controller, does not work with HomeKit.
I spent years trying to get this to work reliably with HomeKit. I finally gave up and switched to a Yardian controller that works perfect with HomeKit. It has the all the same features as the Rachio. Plus, it works reliably with HomeKit.
