Amazing product Rachio changed my life for the best😘
Editing is horrible
So every time you want to edit your scheduled days it resets the length of run for each zone. This is nonsense. If I want to change days that’s my business and I will change my run times if I want.
Save big! Convenient
Pays for itself the first summer. Reduced watering cycles. Extraordinarily convenient…I can add a run of I need to but usually Rachio has already determined what my lawn needs.
Disappointed
I have had my Rachio sprinkler controller about three years now. It is the least reliable WiFi device on my network. It drops offline and will not reconnect without manual intervention. When I am away for extended periods, this is a problem. I have gone so far as to put a dedicated Eero network node on the wall directly behind the controller. While the network comes right back after a power outage, the Rachio does not.
The concept of a WiFi sprinkler controller is great, but this company has poor execution.

I’ve used the sprinkler controller for seven years. The app lets you do about everything you can think of AND you can water based on evapotranspiration.
And you can walk your yard and use the app to turn on and off every zone using the phone app. And now you can use the same app to control your landscape lighting with their new lighting controller. If you want to know how to used the advanced watering settings, ask Ai to give you the settings per the plant(s) in that zone= win! I did and it helped a lot!

Great product and app
I’ve been very happy with the product. It was super easy to install and setup. App navigation is very user friendly , has a lot of features and functionality that can be confusing. But you can choose to make it as easy or complicate it as you want.
Schedules don’t work.
Trying to set it to run 3 days a week. Bit it has a mind of its own only runs once in 25 days. Completely useless. Have to run manually every other day. Worse than the old no app sprinkler system I had.
Game changer
This is by far the best way to manage your lawn’s watering. I spend a lot of time taking care of my plants and lawn. Certain areas need different watering needs than others. I was constantly going over areas with my hose because the underground sprinklers didn’t provide as much water as some areas need. Now I just open the app, click on the area(s) that need more water, and I’m done…all from sitting in my back porch. Total game changer.

Best controller I’ve ever had
Controller looks awesome with the blue light. App is easy to use, I can water from any where in the world without stress, saves me a ton on my water bill and online that I can see the zone saturation. I’m giving Rachio infinite stars. Soo in love with it! Thanks for making this product!

I’m new to this application. I just had this installed. Since I have the ability to use it, it has been very helpful and a great tool. The interface is very user friendly. The response is great. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of this.
