Absolutely love it. Controls itself, but I can alter it so easily if needed. Recommended by Brian and True Blue (great company)!
Used to be great
Intermittent issue where it stops working. Works from controller manually but app sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. Grass dried out twice after vacations. Moving on to different unit.

This system has made maintaining our fruit trees truly a breeze. If I’m hot. I check soil saturation and more often then not the areas in need get a boost. Huge fans are we.

Got it as a birthday present, installed myself (took me an hour probably).

Great controller
Easy to use, very user friendly.
Nice controller, does not work with HomeKit.
I spent years trying to get this to work reliably with HomeKit. I finally gave up and switched to a Yardian controller that works perfect with HomeKit. It has the all the same features as the Rachio. Plus, it works reliably with HomeKit.

Great product. Easy to set up and use. Love that it talks to the weather stations and customizes water needs based upon local conditions. Well worth the money.
A smart way to water your lawn
I’ve had the app for approximately two weeks now. The app simply works well. The controls are very intuitive, and I like the way the app controls when to water based on weather conditions. It is simple and easy to use. No complaints.
Good but ignores skips
I like the app but it seems to no longer be able to detect flow and now if you manually skip any day in the future, it ignores it and will go ahead and water the lawn anyways. Nothing new seems to have been added but the app isn’t working as well as it used to.
clunky, unintuitive, time wasting AND tries to upsell you their products
the time required to literally just turn off a running sprinkler when you NEED it off is astoundingly difficult. you try to remove an additional boost then you can’t add another one. all in all, a perfect example of “data driven cloud based solutions” for something that doesn’t need it all

Wifi keeps disconnecting with the latest update. Please fix.
