I love that this app gives the client the ability to check in themselves and the notification gets sent directly to the provider. As a salon owner I’m excited to continue using this app in my business to help my team and clients to be better serviced. I appreciate the flexibility
of not having to step away to check someone in at the front desk if a provider is still servicing another client.

Best waiting room check in app
This is the best waiting room check in app! Easy to use, cute, customizable and sends the check-in right to my phone. I am a sole provider in private practice and this has been so helpful.
Finally found the perfect client check-in app for our practice
We’ve tried several waiting room and client arrival notification systems, over the years, and honestly, most were either overly complicated, expensive, or just looked outdated. I’m Here client check-in app has been a huge upgrade for our office.
The setup only took a few minutes and the app just walks you through what to do for setup. The design is modern, clean, and intuitive. It even lets you change the colors of the text and background so it can look incredibly customized.
If you have multiple suites, you can set it up for that too. They’ve honestly thought of everything and you can tell someone who actually uses it likely created it.
It’s simple enough that at first glance customers and clients know exactly how to use it. There’s not a bunch of buttons, it’s all just really streamlined. It makes our practice look like we have it together ha!
The feature that really sold us was the HIPAA mode. The other software we used didn’t have HIPAA compliance so this was a game changer.
We love that we can receive instant text message notifications and didn’t need another app to get alerted like slack or something. We were looking for simplicity.
This has completely solved problems like what if the front desk staff is out to lunch and someone needs to check in? Or when I’m in the office late in the evenings with a client and another one walks in and doesn’t know what to do so they knock on the door. Or clients just walking in awkwardly and not knowing what to do. Seriously this solves it all.
It’s more affordable than most of these apps and software we looked into. The pricing is affordable for any industry and I could see any industry with a waiting room being able to find benefit in this like hair salons, chiropractor offices or maybe even massage therapists.

Simple and Aesthetically Pleasing Client Check-in app
We’ve tried several waiting room and check-in app solutions over the years, and this app is by far the simplest and easiest to use. Clients check in on the iPad, and the staff member instantly gets a text message, email, or both letting them know their client has arrived. No complicated setup, no extra apps for staff, and no confusing dashboards.
We use it in a Counseling office, but I could see it working great for chiropractor, salons Pilates, Studios, and medical offices, and honestly almost any business with appointments or visit visitors. Even a chicken farmer, we know uses it!
What I love most is how clean and straightforward the experiences. It feels modern, professional, and saves our front desk so much time. We have full-time front desk staff however there are times where they are in meetings or out to lunch and we need something to help clients who are checking in when they’re not there. We also have a handful of evening clients when we don’t have administrative staff there and it’s so helpful to put the iPad out and have this app going.
I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a simple waiting room, check-in app or client arrival notification system.
