Great concept- poor app performance
We did this in the summer in the US. At the start, we wondered if the murder mystery was the fact that we would be murdered. It was set in a very industrial area. Some areas did not have sidewalks so we stood on the road. The app was very glitchy and we struggled with the app registering that we were in the locations needed to trigger evidence or interviews. We were constantly closing the app out and even started rebooting our phones. It was extremely frustrating. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the app support was very prompt. Unfortunately, the support advice given did not solve our problem and when I sent details of all of our issues, there was no further response. I hope they can improve the app because it is a great concept. It is not worth the price or the frustration with its current version.

I was playing with my family and the game kept glitching not letting me skip logging people out
Double the effort
Was fun, but me and my friend joined via the app and it made us do 2 of everything so had to press the not near location a lot or walk twice the distance.
Great game
Super interactive! Great for exploring the city if you’re new (or not), as each stop is near some form of landmark that you can go to - including pubs, food, etc. Really fun date idea.
Trespassing
Almost half the locations were located on private property and 2 were on a main road. Not exactly safe for kids or pleasant for some of the residents, one of which had put up “no public access” sign and witches hats blocking off the exact zone needed for this apps puzzle.

Could not zoom in and out of puzzles. The eye ball puzzle did not work well especially if you had multiple phones. App did not give you the right answer if you missed it. Zero interaction with the environment.
Birthday heist !!
My son and I have just completed the heist society for his birthday, and we were so impressed with the concept. We normally attempt escape rooms but wanted to try something new and challenging. From the beginning the instructions were clear , the apps easy to download and all the details were included in our follow up email. We really enjoyed this, the puzzles linked to the game were different each stage of the game challenging memory, maths , pattern recognition and sight! Very intuitive and we’ll definitely be doing another one!

Was really sceptical of this as was so cheap but honestly so good and such fun kept us occupied for a couple of hours and got our steps in will definitely do it again !
Great for the family
We had such a good day out, the puzzles were a great mix for us adults and the children. I can’t wait to play the next one!
A fun afternoon
Wear comfy shoes, grab your friends and off you go. Recommend multi-device ticket to keep everyone playing and engaged. Was a great way to experience our city, found myself looking at things differently and we got step count up! Clues and challenges were fun and took us 3 plus hours by the time we made our way around the city. Would definitely do something like this again.

Great afternoon
Really enjoyed doing this with my 12 yr old. We took 3.5 hours! (There was a hot choc break!) really impressed with the games/ puzzles you had to do. There must have been about 12. The audio was well done. Great memories made!

Great murder mystery experience!
Wanted something fun to do as a family day out and was recommended this app! We played the Chester Monte murder mystery game around Telford and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The game ran smoothly and involved lots of fun challenges as a team! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do something a bit different whilst getting a few extra steps in at the same time!😅
