Looks like I wasted $5. Nothing happens when trying to convert.

This app is terrible. U scan an image and it doesn’t covert the text to excel. Don’t waste your money.

Even with the pay version, after an image is captured and uploaded for conversion, nothing happens.
I know it sounds crazy, but no converted file is returned, no error messages are displayed, nothing...
Furthermore, Support is non-responsive, suggesting that the app is intentionally fraudulent.
It’s really shameful of CometDocs, and I’m amazed that a non-functional app would make it into the App Store. I’m downright astounded that Apple would let a non-functional app include a pay version!

Not a good trial experience
You should allow for one immediate scan so we can see how it works. If it works well, then $4.99 is well worth it. Otherwise waiting 60-90 minutes...if it works, may have lost interest by then.
Trickeries
I agree with another commenter: just make the price $5. Allow 3 free trials so I can try it out. But now I have it downloaded and have to wait 60-90min with the app open just to see if it works? It just makes me think the creator is shady. Could very well be a good app but now I’m skeptical and feel burned.

This is a complete waste of your money!!! Once you purchase it doesn’t work at all!!! Emailed support like a week ago with no response!! DO NOT BUY IT!
Don’t bother
I waited for over an hour just to see how the free app would work. Then to be told “file cannot be converted”. Waste of time!
Junk
Needed to be able to take a pic of a label and then put it in an xls. This app takes the pic but after 10 failed attempts and $4.99 spent all I get is file can’t be converted. Don’t waste your money.
Not worth your time
Advertised as a free app, but it’s not. You get two options, use it like it should be used and pay $4.99 or wait up to an hour per image—- which never seemed to resolve. Don’t know what kind of business decision it was to make people hate your app before purchasing it. I’m deleting it and not looking back.

No images would convert for me after purchase and it never gives a reason I would advise other apps
Takes forever
The free version claims 60-90 seconds per conversion of a photo to xls yet takes 10+ minutes. Could type this in faster
Didn’t work for me
First of all you have to wait hours for the image to be converted. I took a clear picture of a spreadsheet printout and it said “image couldn’t be converted”. 💩👎🏻

Trying to convert numbers from a label and it doesn’t work. Even if I draw the cell outlines. Garbage out

I snapped a picture of simple table, it said to wait. After about 1.5 hours of a spinning donut, it came back saying it could not be converted. Glad i didn’t buy it!
Waste of time
Used it on a simple two column spreadsheet. Using the free version waited over an hour. Result “This sheet could not be converted”.
Did not work at all
After the app finally stopped crashing my phone I attempted to convert several different documents and they all failed. It was a waste of $9.99

This file can’t convert - message over and over - tried everything and no response from SUPPORT!
Never worked and they won’t respond
I paid for premium and not once has this app worked - the “support” link is non responsive. I have asked for a refund three times via email without response. I do not believe the app is legit nor are the developers legit. Meaning - criminal. And, I am reporting.
