I just downloaded the Imagine Pro program, but I can't get it to connect to the Internet. He continually sends me a message telling me that I don't have Internet available, when this is not true, because I'm using it and my signal is coming in well. I would like you to let me know what is going on and for this problem to be resolved. And if you don't give me back the money I paid.
