Doesn’t follow instructions.

I’m trying to create a front cover for my book. A woman standing with her back to the camera wearing a long black coat, no umbrella, at night time in the rain. I was constantly given images excluding things that I’d requested like I had an anime character facing the ‘camera’, holding an umbrella. Each time I tried, it kept getting worse.
