App no longer works
When I try and sign in I get a “failed to query information” error message
Smart scale useless for advanced features
The app no longer records the smart scale metrics and the replacement I found worked once or twice but now my “smart” scale is just a scale.
Lacks User Friendliness
I use the scale. Would be beneficial to see all the data in a table format to compare weekly, monthly or even year over year data.
For some reason I can only see the table data for one day. Does not allow me to compare changes in a metric over time.
Think about how your user use the app and make it so!

Company I work rents out cars through Turo, We have 10 Smart lockboxes, so far these lockboxes have stood strong in rain and negative degree weather!
Not sure if it’s a real app ?
I think this app is a copy of the app I was trying to download: iMagic Smart. So I was confused when it didn’t work. Also, it looks just like that other app. So pretty sure it’s a scammy app.
