iMagic String lights not paring through Alexa

1 star review for now. Like the product itself, but the app will not work with Alexa. I’m trying to pair the Imagic account to the Alexa app and it freezes during login and stays there forever. Being able to control these with voice commands was a big selling point for me. Super disappointed.

Cannot get verification code

Without the verification code which needs to be sent to you phone the app doesn’t work. All the fancy “smart” functions do not work. Seems like a phony way to run a business.
