ceiling fan and light

terrible app
it never connects it’s not even in the system as a fan light everything is about making the light blink to connect and you can’t do that the only way to operate it is with the remote

App very glitchy and a frustrating experience

Purchased lights to go over my patio from Amazon and this is the app to control the lights. It never works right and often has a mind of its own changing the lights to settings I don’t want. It has only gotten worse as the months have passed. I would not recommend this app or buy any products that require this app to control them.

Latest update stopped working with Alexa- no support

After about a year using this app to control a ceiling fan with Alexa, tbd app updated and now will not connect with Alexa. There doesn’t appear to bd English support offered

Schedule feature to set times resets every time you get off the home WiFi so it never works
