My experience
I have had the account for about a year. I opened my account from one of their bulk marketing mailings and was given $1,000 line of credit. I have utilized the ap by making payments from my debit card and posts instantly. This is a must have feature for when using it for daily use while rebuilding my credit. It’s a great alternative to my bank’s credit card, Capital One which I also use. I never have had access issues and all in all a great experience

My due date was may 5th I made my payment on may 5th and was charged a 30 dollar late fee for paying on time. I closed the account I have no room in my life for a scamming company such as this. I suggest not accepting any credit cards for this company. A very bad decision on my part.

I received my card almost a week ago I’ve made a couple of purchases with smooth transactions ok so I just downloaded the app to manage my account I clicked create account put my credentials in and it said i already have an account lol the saying is that the mind is the first thing to go I swear I don’t remember making one i know I didn’t but anywho i clicked Forgot password or username I put my credentials in again then it said we found your account where do you want your information sent to so i clicked on the part where i supposed to put my email and it didn’t work I clicked and clicked and clicked it wouldn’t allow me to type anything can you Imagine that😁Please Help Me🤦♀️

Garbage
This app is a disaster. I’m not even sure why it exists when it does not allow you to access your account. The app alone makes me completely regret having this card.

Account Barely Accessible
Went from challenging to accessing account now to unable to access account in over a month. And that is from any device. No one able to help access the account. Other than typical reseting every which still doesn’t work. All I get from the reps are temporary passwords and told to allow 24 hours. Now the bill is due and a link is sent so that you don’t have to access the account well how about the link doesn’t work.

Worst customer service
I have credit left on my account to spend. However, I have not been able to use my card. I have spoken to 3 different people and they say that it is fixed, but I still cannot use my card.
Scammy
This company is very scammy. When I applied and was approved they never told me a limit or any other information. When my card arrived all it showed was my limit. When I activated my card it all of a sudden showed a $99 charge on it. Do not trust this company. I have contacted a debt lawyer about them.

Indigo Card – Stay Away
I strongly warn everyone not to get an Indigo card. It is extremely unfair and poorly managed. They can close your card without clear reason. Stay away to avoid problems.
Don’t do it
How you gonna give me a ultra low balance of 350 and as soon as you mail me the card instantly have a charge of 90 dollars on the card already almost putting me at the 30% utilization rate?

If your struggling get Concora credit much better and much more understanding don’t even waste your time

Can not set up app and have tried sense getting card! Tried to get help from customer service and couldn’t get any help!

Better to access account online
Card seems to be okay in and of itself. However, the app is glitchy and won’t open at least 75% of the time. Can gain access without difficulty online but the app is supposed to eliminate that. Anyway and again, it’s not the card itself it’s the app and developer.
