can't see any data usage
helpless. i want to know the balance of my data usage but there isn't. please update your apps, so that people know the balance/pymnt they have.

How to check for data usage?
This app replaced the old one and call the new one innovative yet there hasn’t been an update where I can’t check how much data I used other than the percentage. This also includes the WebPortal version so how am I supposed to check my data usage and expect to pay according to what I owe if I don’t know what I pay for?

Degrading
This is probably the second or third app replacement by Imagine. The app doesnt bring forward the past records of payment usage. It doesnt display the outstanding bill at all. Disappointed with how Imagine is degrading over the years. I’ll need to go the counter branch for making payment instead.

The new apps seem doesnt show how many balance in voicd(minutes) after i purchase package flexi 5. Only the data balance is showed
Zero bill
I find this app frustrating and unhelpful. It displayed a bill of zero, which I’m sure is incorrect. I’d be glad if it were accurate and I didn’t have to pay, but that’s unlikely. The previous version of the app worked better—why did you feel the need to change it?
Where is my bill
Yet another hopeless app. It actually has very little info. I want to see my bill and breakup. There is no bill. Only pay my bill. You want us to blindly pay the amount that you say is my bill.
You dont know how to upgrade apps. You have already made three different versions of apps. I have has to download new apps and delete old apps. Thr amount of information in subsequent apps is reducing. It is painstaking yo keep loging in each time with an otp. Why cant i be logged in. Switching between accounts is a milti step process.
