It serves as a one stop shop for eLearning, virtual training, classroom training or a blend of all of these to deliver a cutting-edge and seamless learning experience to learners using learning journeys mapped to learners competencies, AI-based learner analytics and reports, social learning and gamified learning elements like scorecards and leaderboards. Key Features: • Wide Range of Content and Training Modes Supported: Learners can access eLearning, in the form of Videos, Courses (SCORM 1.2 and HTML 5), Assessments, Assignments, Surveys and Reference Materials (Documents, Presentations, Images), Virtual Classroom and Social Learning along with Classroom Training attendance and nomination management. • Continuous, On-The-Go Learning: Learners can take the training assigned to them, with their progress being automatically tracked and synced with LMS. • Secured, QR code-based access: A portal-specific QR code on the user login screen in desktop/ laptop view enables learners to access the respective mobile app login screen (on their mobile phone). While in the post-login scenario, scanning the QR code from the context-menu in the learner area directs the learner to the learner home page (bypassing the mobile login process).
