Useless app

Honestly seems like was made by a 12yo learning how to program. Might return the mask because the app is so bad it makes me think the mask is a scam. Literally none of the features in the app work as expected

Worthless app, no support

The developers say that they do not collect data from the app. They really should, because it is worthless. I cannot even get the mask or neck to connect or initiate. So, that’s $3500 dollars wasted!
Under no circumstances should anyone but the Niin face mask; you will get no help, no instruction book, no answers, and certainly no refunds.

Love the mask but the app stops working so you can not customize the intensity and length of treatment. Why is this app not fixed and updated?
