App stops working
Love the mask but the app stops working so you can not customize the intensity and length of treatment. Why is this app not fixed and updated?

App Too Intrusive
The app asks for all kinds of access it doesn’t need like access to my location, photos, and camera. Seems very sketchy.

This app is awful.
Incredibly behind considering the mask is so advanced. Can’t do anything or exit while it’s running otherwise it won’t clock progress. The other day it wouldn’t even open I had to delete and redownload to be able to use it. Someone fix it! The mask needs a good app to go with it

Reliability
When the application works, it’s really a nice bonus to have an enables you to utilize all the various functionality of the LED mask. However, what I’m finding is for some reason, I have to delete and reinstall the app on an average of six week intervals. I’ve had my mask and neck plate for about three months now, and I have had to delete and reinstall the app twice. It fails at six weeks, almost like clockwork.

App stopped working after a month
The mask loses its ability to personalize treatment because the app no longer works.
APP is not user friendly
I love the mask but it doesn’t give much direction to use it.
For the price of this mask you’d think…..
1. Don’t use the camera option in the app it creates dozens upon dozens of albums with nothing in them.

For a device that costs this much, it would be nice if I didn’t have to reinstall the app everytime there’s a iOS software update.
Instructions are non-existent for $2500 mask
I purchased mask, neckpiece and sanitizer case … $3400 total … the English instructions are worthless and this apple app has no English language and won’t even install … the android app does have English, but none of the language makes sense … I would return this if I could … get your act together mask … this is an uber-expensive product … spend some time on clear instructions and decent software … terribly disappointing

Why do I have to give this app access to my photos? Why do you need my location? This was an uber expensive purchase and the app is useless. This is unnecessarily invasive and creepy. I haven’t downloaded the app because of this and all of the negative reviews. Very disappointed. Please fix!!
