Our app never operated as single-time purchase: we always were a subscription-based service and show our terms openly, including pricing policy for the plan you're choosing. Please do know that once your subscription is cancelled, you cannot be charged for it; and that deleting the app doesn't cause subscription to be cancelled – at ours or any other subscription-based app. However, each our user can manage their subscription in the app via Profile › Account Settings or by reaching our Support Team via the app or directly at support@the.coach. So, please be sure to reaching them out to reassure your subscription is cancelled now. If you've made a request but didn't get a reply, check SPAM mailbox: our letters may end up there sometimes. Hope hearing you back soon!
