No way of contacting app to address issues
I was charged twice but there is no way of contacting app developers or customer support to have charges changed/refunded. Very poor and misleading
Poor instruction
This app advertises as a simple way to use movement to release your stress. However upon purchasing and receiving your “plan” there is nowhere it tells you any materials you need to complete these exercises.
It just jumps right into the videos which while short include multiple props that are needed. So you begin and okay the first one you need a yoga block- no real problem that particular exercise can be done without. Then you need a mat, oh and then you need the block again, now you need a towel and an elastic band, and a foot stool- not to mention the specialty raised mat she’s using for one of the exercises- which yes you could recreate the angle with similar household furniture but there is no guidance on what the angle should actually be or if you need a firm or soft surface is okay (the bed in the video is firm).
So you attempt to try them and then it’s oh wait now stop and collect all the materials- which greatly increases the time needed especially since there is no pre instruction or guidance on props to gather for the set of exercises for the day.
While it’s not that expensive ($35) for twelve weeks it would also take about 5-10 minutes of work for the programmers, app facilitators or AI to compile and provide a simple list so you can be prepared.
Pretty inexcusable for such a simple fix.

Fairly Good, but Frustrating
I recently downloaded and paid for a plan. The app doesn’t give you an avenue to provide feedback, which is extremely frustrating. I also couldn’t even locate it in the app store. You can input some health conditions, but half of mine just won’t populate and can’t be entered. This app should tell you ahead of time the equipment you’ll need to perform the exercises. It jumps from one position to another (on a wall, sitting on a support, laying on stomach, standing, using bands, using towels, you’re suddenly standing, laying, needing a strap, towel, free space you lay down or a yoga brick. Suddenly you need to find a free wall to perform the exercise. We don’t all have a yoga or pilates studio in our house.

Annoying user experience
Almost every time i log in i have to put in my email address and have a code emailed to me and get the code from my email and enter it to open the app. I just want to open an app amd use it.
Great info but a few glitches
The movements are lovely and helpful. I find the music a repetitive and hard to listen to …. It doesn’t calm my nervous system. I wish there were verbal instructions as well as watching the model do it. I think there could be more variety of movements and more explanation of why certain movements help. I don’t understand why she only rolls one foot out seems very unbalanced and they do both side with many of the other moves. I am getting stuff out of it but not quite up to my expectations.

Response from developer
Thank you for this thoughtful feedback – it truly helps us grow. We hear you on the music, verbal cues, and balance. We're actively expanding movement variety and explanations, and adding mirrored options for one-sided exercises. So glad you're still getting value – and we're committed to making it even better for you.
