No way of contacting app to address issues

I was charged twice but there is no way of contacting app developers or customer support to have charges changed/refunded. Very poor and misleading

Poor instruction

This app advertises as a simple way to use movement to release your stress. However upon purchasing and receiving your “plan” there is nowhere it tells you any materials you need to complete these exercises.

It just jumps right into the videos which while short include multiple props that are needed. So you begin and okay the first one you need a yoga block- no real problem that particular exercise can be done without. Then you need a mat, oh and then you need the block again, now you need a towel and an elastic band, and a foot stool- not to mention the specialty raised mat she’s using for one of the exercises- which yes you could recreate the angle with similar household furniture but there is no guidance on what the angle should actually be or if you need a firm or soft surface is okay (the bed in the video is firm).

So you attempt to try them and then it’s oh wait now stop and collect all the materials- which greatly increases the time needed especially since there is no pre instruction or guidance on props to gather for the set of exercises for the day.

While it’s not that expensive ($35) for twelve weeks it would also take about 5-10 minutes of work for the programmers, app facilitators or AI to compile and provide a simple list so you can be prepared.

Pretty inexcusable for such a simple fix.

Fairly Good, but Frustrating

I recently downloaded and paid for a plan. The app doesn’t give you an avenue to provide feedback, which is extremely frustrating. I also couldn’t even locate it in the app store. You can input some health conditions, but half of mine just won’t populate and can’t be entered. This app should tell you ahead of time the equipment you’ll need to perform the exercises. It jumps from one position to another (on a wall, sitting on a support, laying on stomach, standing, using bands, using towels, you’re suddenly standing, laying, needing a strap, towel, free space you lay down or a yoga brick. Suddenly you need to find a free wall to perform the exercise. We don’t all have a yoga or pilates studio in our house.

Annoying user experience

Almost every time i log in i have to put in my email address and have a code emailed to me and get the code from my email and enter it to open the app. I just want to open an app amd use it.

Great info but a few glitches

The movements are lovely and helpful. I find the music a repetitive and hard to listen to …. It doesn’t calm my nervous system. I wish there were verbal instructions as well as watching the model do it. I think there could be more variety of movements and more explanation of why certain movements help. I don’t understand why she only rolls one foot out seems very unbalanced and they do both side with many of the other moves. I am getting stuff out of it but not quite up to my expectations.

Response from developer

Thank you for this thoughtful feedback – it truly helps us grow. We hear you on the music, verbal cues, and balance. We're actively expanding movement variety and explanations, and adding mirrored options for one-sided exercises. So glad you're still getting value – and we're committed to making it even better for you.

Not what it was advertised as

Signed up from an ad on instagram and it’s not what it was advertised as. Trying to cancel now, but will only prompt me to email the company

Useless -False presentation -ignorant

Would give zero if possible. Perhaps good for people who do absolute no exercise. There are no explanations for proper execution or alignments. If fact the model has poor posture (hypertension of lumbar and tight hip flexors) She uses props from yoga and physical therapy that many people do not have. There’s no methodology - just random very simple movements (without explanation on proper execution). There are much better free YouTube. Videos from exercise physiologists, physical therapist and real experts. Don’t waste your money on this nonsense!

Scammy health app

I didn’t check the Trustpilot reviews before paying for and downloading this app. They take your money and keep taking it with no way to cancel or contact anyone because it’s not a legitimate business. I signed up for the 4-week trial. It was supposed to cost $19.99. They immediately charged my Apple Pay twice. Now I read they will continue to charge it for $50 every month with no way of getting back the money. It’s a SCAM!! Don’t do it unless you have hundreds of dollars to throw away.

Scam plan time

Don’t buy it they are not clear in their selling and just want to charge you without any commitment to customers results or experience

No set up for success

In theory this is a useful tool. The educational portion is great, detailed, cited, but the actual
movement portion is not as good as it should be. There is no preparation for the movement, not enough time to get into position, no cuing verbally or in text for where to focus on for the movements, what areas should be engaging, when to breathe. There is also no heads up for the props used in the video so that you can be prepared and stay in the flow of the video. One additionally complaint that is a little concerning to me personally is that the woman modeling the movements has HORRIBLE posture. She stands completely out of alignment with a dramatic swayback. If the premise of your product is to teach people to move in a healing way, you should probably be demonstrating it better.

We truly appreciate this detailed, expert-level feedback – it's incredibly valuable. You're right about posture and prep gaps, and we're actively re-evaluating both. We're also adding clearer cues, breathing notes, and equipment lists to keep you in flow. Your voice is shaping these improvements – thank you for helping us raise the bar.

Wow!

I signed up two days ago. This is my second day. The first day flew by so did the second. I just love this. This is the first thing I do after I get my mushroom coffee in the morning and then I go for that walk and I can’t explain it, but this is just what I needed to get me going for the day! I can’t wait to see what happens by the end of the month. Plus, I’m incorporating my three days a week going to the gym And I’m so trying to be healthier.

What a beautiful morning routine – mushroom coffee, this practice, then a walk. That sounds like pure self-care. So glad it's setting the tone for your day. Keep going – we have a feeling this month will be transformative for you!

Enjoying it so far!

Such an accessible way to keep up with the daily exercises and fit them into my day, and learn along the way with the daily nuggets of info about it all. I’m really enjoying it so far and holds me accountable for sure! Only thing I would ask for differently is, it would be nice to have a little note on each day which props we need for the day’s exercise so I don’t have to keep stopping the video and going to find what I need for that exercise ! Apart from that it’s great!

Scam

I canceled and it keeps charging me! I cannot reach someone to cancel! Never gives instructions for the exercises… some show one done on the right side of the body and never moves to the left side to even them out. The videos suddenly changed and ones that were marked days completed were totally different videos than I had actually done. Several include equipment needed which isn’t explained or warned anywhere. It’s a waste of money. It seems to be all AI written.

We hear you – and we want to resolve this. You can cancel directly in the app via Profile → Account Settings → Manage My Plan. If that doesn't work, email us at care@aura.care – we'll personally stop charges and confirm. We're also adding prep lists, mirrored movements, and clearer guidance. Your feedback is driving these improvements – thank you.

Tailbone pain

I have been experiencing severe pain in my tailbone for about 8 months. I went to 7 em weeks of pelvic floor PT with no improvement. After Day 1 with Aura I experienced marked relief from the pain.

Can’t cancel

This app won’t let me cancel my subscription.

Good for my body but have some recommendations

Feel good after doing . Wish the music changed . Gets old after a bit . Not organized for each day well . Never ends and would love more preparation for accessories I would need

Don’t waste your money!

I purchased a monthly subscription and was suckered into also purchasing the lab testing. I never received information on how to schedule my bloodwork and when I tried to contact them about it they said I never purchased the lab testing. Even after repeatedly email them with my credit card statement showing that I paid, they kept saying it was a visual glitch. I’m still fighting with them about it.

Cancelled within days of starting

Very Unhappy that when I cancelled within days of starting due to the Ai “instruction”. I was still charged for another month. I should not have to reach out multiple times when I asked to cancel, by email and got a response back!

Stole my money

Terrible -can’t get ahold of you for a refund. What is the phone number to call and get my $43.50 back?

Needs so many props and no verbal instructions given

This is the problem with AI. There are zero instructions just a video of “what you’re supposed to do”. Really wish I hadn’t purchased. Five minutes into the video and they’ve used 6 props with no mention of any specifics.
