Pretty cool & informative!

Since a lot of AI is used, it started out by telling you what materials you would need, but it usually wasn’t correct, and then they just stopped telling you. It would be nice if it would tell you at the beginning so you could be prepared before you start. Having a real person‘s voice instead of AI would be preferable. Aside from that, it’s still a good app! Sometimes they forget to do the exercise on the other side of the body, but I like it when they give you a few seconds of showing the exercise so that you can get prepared before starting your timer.

Confusing

I thought it made sense but the exercises described in the guide don’t match the video of exercises for each day. So I don’t see specific details for each exercise paired with the video. Not having a real person model makes following the exercise difficult.

I like this app workouts

Really easy low impact. I have a lot of imbalances in muscles because I have MS.
I actually want to put in my 20 min a day because I feel good from doing this.
I like that the music isn’t super annoying and jittery and the countdown alarm is peaceful

Scam

Never gives instructions for the exercises… some show one done on the right side of the body and never moves to the left side to even them out. The videos suddenly changed and ones that were marked days completed were totally different videos than I had actually done. Several include equipment needed which isn’t explained or warned anywhere. It’s a waste of money. It seems to be all AI written.

Why did everything change?

I’ve been using the app for about a week & enjoying it. However, this morning I opened the app, ready to click on my 7th day, only to find that everything has changed. The model who was doing the exercises is completely different and there are no verbal prompts anymore. So now I need to watch the entire video to figure out what’s going on, then go back and try to do the exercises from memory, or stop what I’m doing and grab my phone during each exercise. I tried turning on subtitles and enhancing the audio, thinking that the settings must have changed somehow. Nope, nothing there. Incredibly disappointing as I was truly feeling this app was helping me. In addition, I liked the exercises from last week so much, I was going back and re-doing them, which I can no longer do. Not sure I’ll continue if I can’t change back.

Changed Things without Reason

My husband and I were really enjoying the app and the exercises that went with it to “wake up” our vagus nerves. Then we opened the app yesterday and the exercises are no longer explained, they are completely different than they were and there’s no way to reach out for any technical help or customer support! We won’t be using the app for the rest of our 12 weeks and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone now with these horrid changes.

I would make a little tweak. Make all the floor exercises at one time. Hard for this 67 year old to get up and down off the floor quickly. Otherwise, love it!!!

BEWARE!

They don’t give you the option to cancel your trial ahead of the first payment. There is also no reminder that a payment is coming up. You’re forced to email them directly and hope that they’ll respond. They responded to me ahead of my first payment when I requested to cancel and STILL charged me the first payment. Also it’s a bunch of AI videos and long form content. This app is very mediocre at best and the company is highly suspicious.

Horrible

I want my account deleted. I tried in app but it takes me to the Apple “Mail” App which I do not have an email set up in there, so I cannot do anything about it. I emailed the team so we’ll see if it happens…

This whole app is heavily AI. The videos are disturbing. Very disappointed.

I will be reporting fraudulent charges to my bank if I see additional charges past the first sign up fee. This is my paper trail in addition to my email.

Nobody can show me where my subscription is, invoices, receipts nothing. Tried to get answers or proof of payment and there answer is” we’ll send you half of the previous month”. This is absolutely terrible service and also fraudulent. I have zero active subscriptions anyone. Selling wellness while stealing- sounds integral….

Downloaded App and signed up for free trial. Repeatedly requested to cancel before free trial ended and all emails bounced. No way to cancel on the app. Was charged $50 today for a membership. Still no way to cancel and no one to get ahold of. All listed phone numbers don’t work either. SCAM.

Scam

I cancelled my subscription and was only going to do a trial. They have kept taking money without my consent. I have emailed them numerous times to cancel the subscription to no response and they still keep taking money. You can’t contact anyone. This should be illegal and I will be filing complaints. Apple should be removing this from the App Store do not sign up.
