Not what I expected
I’ve found this routine of no help at all. Very basic not challenging no effect on weight loss or improvement in energy.
Too expensive
Worth the price for the first month at the 85% discount or whatever they offered to get you in at. Make sure to cancel before you realize that you are paying 4-5x more than if you got a gym membership! Not worth the price at full cost. Borderline scam at $105 a month!
Stay away
This is the worst app ever, and a terrible company to deal with. I am vegi yet it came with many meat option even when u selected vegi. It sent a list for shopping which did not match my choices. Then dealing with customer services is a joke. £79 taken from my ac with no authority and for one month no way I would sign up for an app at that cost.

Renewal scam
I was just charged $229 for a renewal that I canceled right after joining this exercise program 6 months ago. I contacted the help support team and provided them with the receipt for proof of the charge. They provided a response that told me I was not being refunded AVOID THIS APP!
Illegal charges
I was not subscribed however they charged me and refuse to reimburse me. Tried to cancel subscription but they charge anyways.
