The red laser increased moisture and eliminated itchiness in a short period of time. With maintenance I keep everything feeling more normal. This is a purchase I don’t regret.

Joylux

I have had the Joylux for over a year. I do feel the device itself helps but don’t pay extra for the app because it never works a whole session. It continually loses connection and if you reach out to customer service the fix is to uninstall app and reinstall app which might give you one complete session. It is beyond frustrating.

Thank you for your review. Please make sure your device is fully charged, and your phone is not reverting to the power-save mode (screen shutting off) during a session. It is recommended to charge your device at a minimum of 4 hours after each use. If the red center indicator light illuminates green prior to 4 hrs. your device is registering a charge similar to a cell phone, please continue to charge for the complete 4 hours. App loses connection with device constantly. Even with the phone right next to device. It has been endlessly frustrating

Adding custom notes

I just started using the device and app, I really like being able to take control on my health and feel this device is a valuable tool to use. I would like to see a comment section in the symptom tracker & customizing with comments in the calendar to easily see what occurred and when.
