Money pit
I think the exercises may be useful, but they want more and more money and make you sit through a bunch of videos explaining why you should dish out more money. There are a lot of bugs in the app. You can’t simply replay the videos. Frustrating when I just want some help, but no way am I going to give them more money with their hard sell.

Outstanding and Helpful Program
Not only do I feel this has been the most useful program that I have used for women's daily health and wellbeing but I truly believe this should be a mandatory class for girls in school to prevent future pelvic health issues. This program is a game changer for pelvic floor health. The women in this program are so supportive of each other. There is always new material based on community feedback. I cannot put into words the difference this program has made in my day to day life. I can actually sleep through the night now!

Concept good, app is clunky
The concept of this app is great, the idea that it can provide functional exercises and advice on something that a lot of people struggle with fantastic! However, the app itself is not very friendly. You have to scroll through a lot to get where you want to be. The videos leave a lot of questions unanswered that make you need to read comments for guidance. Then they don’t allow you to manage your subscription in app but then when you try and use their website it never recognizes your login or password. Found out today they changed their platform and there is no way of managing the subscription without contacting them. I’ve now cancelled so hopefully I ain’t fighting with them when my subscription runs out because they didn’t cancel me.

Don’t believe them when they say you can get a refund. I requested one because they just keep asking for more money to access content. No response. Don’t fall for it.
How to cancel receiving any information from this APP
I wrote to this app years ago to cancel - I am still receiving emails. Which to be honest I do not need or want. I Had PRP procedure done to my pelvic floor and bladder and have see results. Im hoping you can remove me from any further contact. I am sure your program would work. But not for me . Since you can know who I am . Could you please cancel any $$ if any still exists from me plus cancel sending to my e mail . Thank you
