Money pit
I think the exercises may be useful, but they want more and more money and make you sit through a bunch of videos explaining why you should dish out more money. There are a lot of bugs in the app. You can’t simply replay the videos. Frustrating when I just want some help, but no way am I going to give them more money with their hard sell.

Outstanding and Helpful Program
Not only do I feel this has been the most useful program that I have used for women's daily health and wellbeing but I truly believe this should be a mandatory class for girls in school to prevent future pelvic health issues. This program is a game changer for pelvic floor health. The women in this program are so supportive of each other. There is always new material based on community feedback. I cannot put into words the difference this program has made in my day to day life. I can actually sleep through the night now!

Concept good, app is clunky
The concept of this app is great, the idea that it can provide functional exercises and advice on something that a lot of people struggle with fantastic! However, the app itself is not very friendly. You have to scroll through a lot to get where you want to be. The videos leave a lot of questions unanswered that make you need to read comments for guidance. Then they don’t allow you to manage your subscription in app but then when you try and use their website it never recognizes your login or password. Found out today they changed their platform and there is no way of managing the subscription without contacting them. I’ve now cancelled so hopefully I ain’t fighting with them when my subscription runs out because they didn’t cancel me.

Don’t believe them when they say you can get a refund. I requested one because they just keep asking for more money to access content. No response. Don’t fall for it.
How to cancel receiving any information from this APP
I wrote to this app years ago to cancel - I am still receiving emails. Which to be honest I do not need or want. I Had PRP procedure done to my pelvic floor and bladder and have see results. Im hoping you can remove me from any further contact. I am sure your program would work. But not for me . Since you can know who I am . Could you please cancel any $$ if any still exists from me plus cancel sending to my e mail . Thank you

No support through their HELP email

Thankfully I paid for this plan with the PayPal app as it was flagged as an annual recurring payment. They have twice now tried to get me to update the payment info in their portal.
They changed their platform and it has not work since! I have tried to regain access repeatedly by replying to emails, trying to log in using pswd, using email etc and also reaching out directly to their help line. I get many emails in my inbox, proof it is correct in their system, but no replies to my requests for help. It seems like a program that might work BUT it feels very scammy!!

Convoluted subscription process
The tech aspects of installing this app overwhelmed me. The tech team was rigorous in assisting and resolving. I can not comment on content
Feels like a scam
First year I paid $99. I had problems accessing videos with then going to new platforms or whatever it is they keep doing. I had planned to cancel, before it renewed but I was too late. So, this year, $147 was taken out of my account. I thought, ok, I better use it. Every time I try, there are problems. In the group messages, there are so many complaints that others don’t have access. So, they are very aware that it is doing this to their customers. Sometimes it’ll let me watch the videos. And then they change something and I’m totally locked out again, by the time I open the app the next time. This is sheer craziness with this app. Not sure if it’s a good program or not since I don’t ever have access for long.

Even minimally doing the simplest beginning exercises I could tell a much improved benefit with my stage 3 (out of 4 stages!) front prolapse! Putting off surgery as long as possible just might be a forever ‘on hold’ option. They have upgraded to a new platform which has caused some headaches and issues for them and those caught in the upgrade process but I am now in it without difficulty. So worth it!

Can’t get access for a year membership
I suspect this is a good program, but the App has problems and I can’t get help to be able to access the year long membership I paid for. Their number doesn’t take messages, and my emails get form letters that don’t address the issue. The months are flying by (8 now) and when I try to use the App, it says I need to subscribe, or I don’t have access. No program is any good if you can’t get access or assistance. I may open a case with PayPal since I purchased through them.

Aaarrggghhhh - DO NOT BUY
Like the most helpful review I have also been unable to access any of the features I have paid for. It has sent several emails to set up account / change password, yet still I am locked out of anything I think would be helpful. I have just deleted it now as seeing it just makes me angry.
Good method - poor service
They auto subscribed me at 1 year in using a new card (which I hadn’t given them) and then didn’t answer any of my emails when I enquired why this had happened. Getting crossed by the minute. If you want to help women you don’t treat them badly like this.

Disappointing
I bought this app during a sale, and I’m really glad I didn’t pay full price. I can watch the videos and read the articles but all of the exercises are locked unless I pay more to unlock them.
