Pelvic floor workouts
LOVE LOVE LOVE these progressive workouts. I could not figure out what was wrong with me postpartum. It was going on 4 years postpartum and I had started from the beginning in so many ways. As an athlete I was getting so frustrated. But these have been just what I needed! The progression is perfect and I had no idea how to breath or how my hyper mobility was affecting things. I am learning so much! This is so much more than just workouts… it’s education in how your body moves and how things work. I’m just so thankful for this!!!

Best program to fix your pelvic floor related problems
I think this program dives very deep into overall education about pelvic floor and core, and it makes you understand the what and why about PF and core. I made a lot of new discoveries in the education phase and then while applying the concepts and techniques to my own body.
I would highly recommend to every woman who has any type of PF and core problems.

Loving it after hysterectomy for POP
I’ve been active my whole life but honestly felt very frustrated after having pelvic organ prolapse that resulted in a hysterectomy. I tried getting back to a normal routine of weights and running but always felt weak and still had pelvic floor weakness. This is incredibly informative and the cues she gives in very workout help to distinguish the issues I was having and how to deal with them. I love this program, finally getting to the strength module and I love being able to work up a sweat without feeling pelvic symptoms later. Thank you!

Best in class
I have had 3 vaginal births and dealt with some difficulties rehabilitating. Caroline’s education and her programming are wonderful tools to help women recover and achieve next stage fitness goals. I am an ortho based PT and I can confidently say her programming is rooted in expert knowledge.
Life changing (not exaggerating)
It took me years to realize that the source of my hip & back pain was pelvic floor dysfunction. Sucking in to wear low rise jeans really did a number to millenials— plus the anterior pelvic tilt we got from trying to pretend we had a j-lo booty.
I’m repairing decades of damage— learning how to 360 breathe, to stop clenching other muscles for support.
It’s not just the workouts; she starts you with education first. Don’t skip the education section! It’s amazing how much body awareness I’ve gained, in addition to training muscle groups, and that combination has been life changing. My husband even mentioned in the first month that he could see my posture changing.
