Disappointed
This app DID NOT offer a 28 day program as outlined in the advertisement. I reached out the day I purchased the app and they refused a refund. Would not recommend if you are looking for a guided program.
Difficult to unsubscribe
Horrible in how they make it so difficult and confusing to unsubscribe, kept getting charged. To unsubscribe, itβs like a 3-4 step process, and you need to be careful and read directions or you are at risk of staying subscribed. They steal money.

Very disappointing experience.
I contacted the company almost immediately after subscribing because I didnβt like the app and wanted to cancel my subscription. My cancellation request was completely ignored - I received no response whatsoever.
Despite requesting cancellation before the charge, I was still charged $38,95.
I find this kind of subscription practice extremely concerning. If a customer explicitly asks to cancel and the company simply ignores the request and charges them anyway, that is not acceptable.
I have now contacted them again requesting an immediate cancellation and a full refund. If they do not resolve this, I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very careful before subscribing and keeping screenshots of any cancellation requests you make.

Iβm not locked into the session all the way through. The day is unpredictable and I can start and stop the lessons throughout the day so by end of day Iβve completed it all
