You can never unsubscribe.

WARNING! Unless you want to cancel your card do not subscribe to this app or any app that is affiliated. I have cancelled my subscription 3 times and they won’t refund me for any of it. I’ve had to cancel my card so they can no longer withdraw from it. The worst customer service.

misleading marketing content

The content in this app is not aligned with what was advertised on Instagram.

Senses ads prominently marketed exercises and techniques to improve intimacy through different sexual positions. Instead, the app primarily consists of meditation and mindfulness content. At no point did your advertisements suggest that meditation would be the core offering.

This feels misleading and does not match the expectations set by your marketing. I subscribed expecting practical guidance to improve intimacy and sexual experiences, not meditation sessions. As a result, I don’t believe the app delivers the value that was promised in the advertisements.

The app didn’t meet my expectations, I requested a subscription cancellation days after getting it because I did not see any value in the content they were offering. Although they were supposed to reimbursed me they said it was not possible for some made up reason, overall disappointed with this product

Impossible to cancel subscription

This app is impossible to cancel. Do not get this app. I reported this company to the business bureau, and to my bank so they aren’t able to get money out of me. But they continued trying to get money out of my account even after canceling the subscription with multiple attempts.

The app isn’t even what it’s advertised. Please don’t get this app

Can not cancel subscription

I have never even used this app due to technical issues with it, yet I continue to get charged. There is no where to cancel the subscription and no one to talk to about it.

This app is a scam!!! Do not open or subscribe!!

This app is a scam, do not give them your cc info. There is no way to cancel, and they continue to charge you after multiple times trying to cancel. I had to replace my cc because of this. Also none of the videos or lessons even load, so you can’t use the app anyway.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

Do not purchase a subscription from this app. I have tried to cancel and email them numerous times they do not cancel and have been charging me monthly. I canceled credit card and was sent a new one which they somehow got access to and are still charging me!!! COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Hard to cancel

You can’t just cancel. You have to submit a request to cancel the subscription. Then they email you offering a discount and you have to confirm you want to cancel. Then they’ll supposedly send you instructions on how to actually cancel but I’ve been trying to cancel for a while and haven’t received any instructions and it keeps charging my card.
I submitted a third request to cancel and confirmed I want to cancel and now I’m getting ready to dispute the charges and report the company for fraud. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel a subscription. I just wonder how many other people are dealing with the same issue and they are getting them for $38/month.
