I’m new to this and not sure of what / how to use the app, it would be useful if some better instructions were on the home page, I’ve read the (I) bits but they are very limited on what information they give - or am I missing something- either way it’s not vey clear or helpful

Why pay for this app when there are free apps that let you do workouts everyday… this app gives you one day of generic exercises then requires payment… absolutely not worth it
