Why pay for this app when there are free apps that let you do workouts everyday… this app gives you one day of generic exercises then requires payment… absolutely not worth it

Excellent app! But could you put vibration on Apple Watch, too? You support both iPhone and Apple Watch, but only iPhones get vibration as metronome

The app did what I needed but the price is crazy. I’m happy to pay for apps but it would cost more than I pay for a full body workout app! It promises a basic workout for free but that didn’t work either. Deleted.
Doesn’t let you have free basic package
After the 1st day it wouldn’t let me continue with the basic free package and I had to pay the premium package to continue. Deleted! Good otherwise 🙄
Too expensive and notifications work once then you need to reset.
Not that impressed . Other apps do the same for free or a fraction of the cost . I bought this to sync with my Apple Watch and have notifications remind me to exercise but the notifications seem to switch off after one day. Would love a refund

Der Support ist hilfreich und auch wenn es jetzt etwas gedauert hat ist die App nun echt gut umgesetzt. Vor allem die App für die Watch funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen?
Fantastic and linked to Apple Watch
Can’t ask for better support and options with this! Excellent App for men and women. Also easy to use from your Watch as a complication. No need to dig through The Watch menu etc….which makes it a great and convenient option to use discreetly anywhere you are.. Developers are very responsive to ideas and got this working with the Apple Watch very quickly. So happy they did!!

Good Apple Watch Integration
This is a great app for pelvic muscle exercises. Clean interface. Reminders and workouts sync to the Apple Watch. I like the latest updated Apple Watch features.

Easy…. yet important
Easy instruction for an important exercise that most people do not know anything about. Reminder is a good feature to remind you do take time and perform the exercise on a daily basis. It would be nice if it collaborated with Apple Health app, however, not a big requirement.
Definitely a 5 star rating for its simplicity, important daily “thing to do”. Good design, great information.
