Unsubscribed through Apple but still charged

Unsubscribed through my subscriptions on Apple 6 months prior but still got charged. Notified them on the day of being charged, they directed me to unsubscribe on the app but still held me to the full years subscription. Very expensive and not worth it, don’t waste your time

Es bueno que sigan habiendo aplicaciones con buen centro de ayuda, que cumplan lo que dicen, que estén a toda tu disposición para ayudarte a resolver el problema y sobre todo que lo resuelvan y te aclaren todas las dudas posibles.
