There is a lot if good information here. This would be very useful for most American men who, like myself, grew up with a paucity of information on sexuality.
To be sure, most of this, while very detailed and comprehensive, is for the "average" man and woman. We all diverge at least a bit from what is presented, but it is still extremely good training.

This app is a great tools to improve men’s health and wellbeing
Very Comprehensive & Well Planned!!
I am in my 10th week of using The Coach. The programs are well planned out, very comprehensive, and easy to follow. My wife and I both experienced noticeable results within the first few weeks which has made it even more fun to continue and dive deeper into other offerings in the app. I look forward to what’s next!!

Underwhelming
Once you stop the auto renewal it cancels all of what you already paid for, everything. What a total waste.
App doesn’t work
Just gets stuck on the loading screen, I’ve uninstalled it and redownloaded it and have the same issue again and again

The app provides useful information to help men. A lot of it reaffirms concepts and techniques I'm familiar with but the information is accurate and helpful. Even if you're familiar with what the app teaches, you'll learn some new things, and at the very least, you'll review and reaffirm good information and practice helpful techniques.

The Coach app is convenient and easy to use. One thing I especially like about the app is the ability to hear the instructions instead of just watching and executing the exercise. With voice I can do my exercises while driving. Extremely helpful!

Eye opening
There have been a lot of things I’ve done wrong over the years to train my body for fast response and this has opened my eyes to work toward fixing some issues and reconditioning my body not to react quickly
