Can I return this?
Bottom line is, beautiful design but comes with a garbage app that won’t work regardless of what you do. Spent so much money and would expect this to work without a slip up but as you can read, many users have the same problem. Don’t buy this but get the Dyson air purifier, app work like clockwork and also shows you thru the app what particles it’s trapping. Once again buy a Dyson and not this.

Lousy App
This app is dysfunctional. It has never worked smoothly for me. I install, reinstall, and reinstall. At one point, after utter frustration, I contacted customer support and was advised there were technical difficulties. It seemed to be out of service for easily one month. At least now the purifier is finally connected to our home network.

Challenges connecting device to mobile app
The app functionality has never really worked unfortunately.
Bad app connections
The app is actually not that user friendly. It’s almost a hassle. Every time I turn the device on and off, I have to re-set up the device. Most times I need assistance to do it.
Changing a filter stalls the machine
I don’t know what’s going on but changing a pre filter shouldn’t result in the machine not turning on for hours. The app is terrible at tracking or reporting when the filters were changed and need changing
