Changing a filter stalls the machine
I don’t know what’s going on but changing a pre filter shouldn’t result in the machine not turning on for hours. The app is terrible at tracking or reporting when the filters were changed and need changing

I found out after purchasing the Molekule Mini that the app will not work with any other brand filter. If they want to force you to pay $$$ then make it affordable. 80-90 bucks outrageous!
Mediocre purifier horrible app
Spend your money elsewhere. This is a scam. If you can get the app to actually work, it would be a much better product. This app rarely works well. Endless waits for it to boot, find products..

Replaced filter with genuine nd it still says it has a knock off filter.
Purifiers never stay connected
None of the purifiers in my home connect and stay connected to this app. It’s quite worthless. I just operate my purifiers manually.
