Can’t connect

For what it is, a clock, it’s overly difficult to connect this to Wi-Fi.
On the clock face, when plugged in, says go to the app to connect, but then when you go to the app, it says Bluetooth must be on and then once you turn on Bluetooth, the clock is not discoverable. Stupid product

THE BEST ALARM CLOCK EVER

It literally is peak all the settings struts sound whatever the heck you want it puts you to sleep even with their nightlight

Great!

Super chic and easy to use.

Basically unusable at this point

Update 6/23/26: Somehow they’ve managed to make it even worse; an impressive feat. Even with latest updates on clock and app, I’m unable to connect AT ALL. Just keeps going off into endless loops of claiming it’s connected and “finalizing” then telling me to reconnect. The alarms (which I have to set manually of course) rarely go off now. The clock restarts randomly in the middle of the night and lights up the room. And not only is the “support” a chatbot that promises emails from developers which never come, it keeps calling me “Christian”. THAT IS NOT MY NAME - WHO IS CHRISTIAN?! It’s so unbelievably bad it’s almost funny. I’m going to use this useless hunk of plastic to practice IoT pen-testing - I feel confident it will be full of easy to find vulnerabilities.

Update 1/21/26: Clock and app continue to become worse with every update. Clock has now taken to randomly restarting 3-4 times a week while I’m trying to fall asleep, causing the light and display to suddenly turn on in my dark room. I’m told developers are here to help - but how? Repeatedly I’ve contacted “customer support” AI bot who assures me that my concerns sound most frustrating, and I’ll be getting an emailed response shortly from a senior member of development team - and no emails or follow-ups, ever.

Is this being vibe-coded by AI? Does anyone actually work there at all? It’s a mystery. All I know for sure is that I have a very expensive “clock” where the alarm frequently doesn’t go off at all, it suddenly lights up in the middle of the night, and I cannot contact a living person about it.

Latest update is awful. I cannot use the app to do something as minor as disabling an existing alarm without reconnecting EVERY TIME now - and the only way the app will reconnect is to RESTART THE CLOCK. The last thing I want to do is spend literally 20 minutes watching while this “syncs with the cloud” or whatever foolishness the app is allegedly doing when I just want to disable or enable an alarm. I used to love my Loftie, but honestly I feel like they’re trying to push us towards paying for a subscription by having basic functionality almost unusable without it.

Good physical products but poor app

The app for these products is very slow, buggy, and unreliable. It consistently requires having to reconnect the lamps and/or clock, and any change to alarm settings take a while to load or doesn’t save at all
