It keeps getting better!
Truly added to my life
Can’t connect
On the clock face, when plugged in, says go to the app to connect, but then when you go to the app, it says Bluetooth must be on and then once you turn on Bluetooth, the clock is not discoverable. Stupid product
THE BEST ALARM CLOCK EVER
Great!
Basically unusable at this point
Update 1/21/26: Clock and app continue to become worse with every update. Clock has now taken to randomly restarting 3-4 times a week while I’m trying to fall asleep, causing the light and display to suddenly turn on in my dark room. I’m told developers are here to help - but how? Repeatedly I’ve contacted “customer support” AI bot who assures me that my concerns sound most frustrating, and I’ll be getting an emailed response shortly from a senior member of development team - and no emails or follow-ups, ever.
Is this being vibe-coded by AI? Does anyone actually work there at all? It’s a mystery. All I know for sure is that I have a very expensive “clock” where the alarm frequently doesn’t go off at all, it suddenly lights up in the middle of the night, and I cannot contact a living person about it.
Latest update is awful. I cannot use the app to do something as minor as disabling an existing alarm without reconnecting EVERY TIME now - and the only way the app will reconnect is to RESTART THE CLOCK. The last thing I want to do is spend literally 20 minutes watching while this “syncs with the cloud” or whatever foolishness the app is allegedly doing when I just want to disable or enable an alarm. I used to love my Loftie, but honestly I feel like they’re trying to push us towards paying for a subscription by having basic functionality almost unusable without it.
Good physical products but poor app
I hate this app!!! Loses WiFi connection daily
Great customer support
Great Idea - Bad Connection
good idea, worst execution EVER
Bluetooth sucks
Consumers are tired of paywalls for features that should be free
Custom tracks
Zero stars
Where to begin? I made the mistake of buying the Loftie clock years ago. There is so much bad about this product that it’s difficult to cover.
To start with, the app is terribly designed. It’s clear they cheaped out to build a single cross-platform app that feels out of place on iOS and is clunky to navigate.
Right out of the gate, they try to upsell you to a subscription. For an alarm clock. And this experience will persist throughout using the app - constantly trying to get you to sign up to their service. After you’ve already paid too much for an alarm clock.
And then the clock itself is not well designed, not made. You can set a single brightness level for the screen. Want to be able to read it during the day? Prepare to be kept awake at night. Set it dim for the evening and you won’t be able to read it at all during the day. This device is supposed to be built around the notion of day and night and can’t get the basics right.
The buttons on the top of the clock are made from non-UV stable plastic, so they turn yellow over time. It really gives it that premium feel that you pay so much for.
The screen backlight can be switched between white and red, which is a nice touch. But to switch, you have to *reboot the device*.
It really feels like they used the cheapest industrial design house they could to make this thing, and then have worked to milk it for as much as possible.
Avoid at all costs.
Buggy
Needs better ui for multiple devices
Awesome app!
Alarm is great, low contrast colors = bad app
Latest Update Breaks the Alarms
It was great when it worked. Love to wake up to it, blackout function was nice to easily darken the clock face. It was all great. Until we got an update that added no features and turned it into an alarm clock THAT CAN’T SET ALARMS!
