Doesn’t work if you log out

I came across this app while searching for gaze stabilisation. Super impressed with the sample exercises so I paid to unlock them all. Closed the app to come back to it later and when I opened it up, the screen was blank apart from my name. No exercises available at all so I’ve had to ask for a refund. This app really has great potential for people with vertigo but it needs to be fixed

Paid

I love this app. However I paid for this app and now everything is locked out. Pretty frustrated.

In app purchase not working

I feel as someone w VM and PPPD I would definitely be able to benefit from more exercises I wish the in app purchases were working to unlock more exercises. This glitch honestly limits this app’s usage significantly and someone’s potential progress in improving vestibular symptoms. Please fix app, that would be much appreciated.

Unable to access app

Is there a trick to use this app??? Please advise on how to use this app.

Not working

I purchased this software last year. It was working fine until the last Apple os update for the iPad. Now all I get is a blank screen with my user name. I paid $9.99 for this app and it should work for longer than 10 months. I feel cheated.

Just stopped loading content

Worked fine first day. Today not loading any exercises just a blank screen, which is annoying since I bought the extra exercises

Great app

Found this very helpful to guide through vestibular therapy. Sadly no longer works with iOS 18.

Godsend

This app is a Godsend for people with chronic vertigo. Thank you!

Great range of engaging exercises

As a sufferer of vestibular migraine these have been very useful to continue the therapy started by my vestibular physio.
One complaint re the app is that the female is shown doing the seated exercises and the male (in a suit!) is doing the more active standing and walking exercises - really?!

In app purchase?

I really enjoy the free exercises. However, I am trying to purchase the extended exercises. The app is not allowing me to make an inapp purchase. Super bummed out because I could see these exercises improving my symptoms.

Really need landscape mode

As many reviewers have already mentioned. It would be much more beneficial especially on an iPad, and your rating would be much higher.

Almost Awesome.

I purchased the full version, but I should have investigated more before I did.

Great app..... But it doesn’t support landscape mode. I am using a mirror app to display on TV, but it still shows only small strip in middle.

Add landscape mode and I would rate 5 stars.

Helped with my dizziness

I’ve been going to physical therapy for my vestibule triggered dizziness. Well that’s what we think it is after 12 years and test after test. I’m not the norm. This app is very similar to what I do in therapy. I was so happy to have found it. Don’t remember if I had to pay for it but if I did it’s worth every dime. I would say I wish you could time the activity’s for longer.

Solid for learning the techniques

I’m delighted to find this app and love the concept. I’ve been looking for a vestibular rehabilitation app! I think it might be best on a iPad though and I only have a phone. Also would appreciate directions on where to hold the device (distance from face, etc). Only works in profile mode on phone.
