Hola, los recibos se guardan localmente en el dispositivo y en iCloud si se elige esa opción. Por favor, ponte en contacto con el soporte y cuéntanos lo que ha pasado.

Hi: thank you for your feedback! The app is designed to work with both macOS and iOS. When using iPhone/iPad the scanner works with the built in camera. Even if the scanner also can work with a built in camera on a Mac it is recommended to instead import receipts. Receipts and records are automatically synchronised between devices running iOS and macOS if you choose to log in with your Apple ID. To import receipts to the app in macOS, open the receipt you want to import as a PDF, image or webpage and click the share icon. The receipt holder will show up as Imburse in the drop down list. In the app you can access imported receipts by clicking the import icon or open the Document Archive in the side menu. You can also import receipts directly from photos by clicking the image icon when adding a new record. To contact support from within the app, open the side menu and choose About and then choose e-mail.
