Hi, Safari extensions need to be both activated and granted the necessary permissions to function properly. Please refer to these step-by-step guides, which include images, for instructions on enabling Safari extensions on macOS and iOS. macOS: https://www.safariwebextensions.com/enabling-safari-extensions-on-macos/ iOS: https://www.safariwebextensions.com/enabling-safari-extensions-on-ios/ Sometimes Safari does not recognize an extension even after it has been installed and activated. We recommend fully closing Safari and then reopening it, as this often resolves the issue. On macOS, please right-click the Safari icon and select Quit rather than using the Command + Q shortcut, since this may prevent Safari from fully closing. On iOS, simply close and reopen Safari. If the extension works on most websites but not on certain others, please send us examples of those websites, along with your macOS and Safari versions, and we will investigate the issue and try to find a solution.
