I’m only here because Imgur is no longer letting me browse on my mobile phone’s web browser anymore. Now I HAVE to use this stupid broken app or not use Imgur anymore? Okay byyyeee!
Can’t upload anything anymore.
It either says “Cannot parse response” or “Imgur over capacity” or something, even though I already deleted a bunch of stuff already. Please fix this, this was my main image sharing app.

Whatever the reason was for nuking their former moderation team/system, it wasn’t a great business decision. I don’t think they HAVE a moderation system anymore. They’re either supporting or complacent with hateful, bigoted content and transphobic spambots, and regardless of support or indifference, their inaction is evident.

Hijacks links, making it impossible to view embedded content
Good luck watching anything embedded in a forum post, for example, because if you tap it the Imgur app just opens on the Home Screen and shows you nothing. Installing this app actually makes it harder to interact with the platform the app is even *for*. Unbelievable

I opened Imgur for 30 seconds and woke up in a different timeline with emotional attachment to a frog in a tiny hat and a guy who built a trebuchet for no reason.
This place is pure internet brain fuel. It’s memes, chaos, wholesome nonsense, and sudden life advice hitting you like a truck at 2am. You laugh, you question everything, you keep scrolling like it owes you money.
