Web browsing is repeatedly worsened
Clicking imgur links in Reddit has been awful for some time now - from the “please turn off your ad blocker” pop-up (I’m on vanilla IOS, I don’t have an ad blocker) to randomly jumping to another post when trying to zoom in on a picture. Now today when clicking a link a new unclosable pop-up comes up asking you to download the app which I already had downloaded, but I’m not going to open the app to look at a single linked picture.
Imgur was the GOAT for years, it’s sad to see where it’s gone.

Unable to read anything on their website because they want me to download their stupid app and get ad revenue from me. Will be deleting after reading my X-men infographic and I will be refraining from clicking any Imgur links again
Stop pushing the app
When browsing the mobile web version, if you click to view a post, the website will frequently throw up a pop up that says “download the app upvote the most awesome posts sign in to vote.” And renders the site completely unusable. You cannot make this pop up go away. The only way to get rid of it is to refresh the site, or go back a step. Stop pushing the damn app.

I’m only here because Imgur is no longer letting me browse on my mobile phone’s web browser anymore. Now I HAVE to use this stupid broken app or not use Imgur anymore? Okay byyyeee!
Can’t upload anything anymore.
It either says “Cannot parse response” or “Imgur over capacity” or something, even though I already deleted a bunch of stuff already. Please fix this, this was my main image sharing app.

I should be able to open specific posts from their links on other platforms, but I can’t. It always just opens the app without opening the post itself.
