중년이 되니 여러가지 건강상의 이유로 밤에 잠을 깊이 못자서 직장생활하기 힘들었는데,
우연히 이 앱을 다운받아서 틀어놓고 잤는데 좋네요.
이제는 낯선곳에 여행을 가서도 이 앱을 틀고 잘 잡니다~
불면증으로 고생하시는 다른 분들에게 혹시 도움이 될까 싶어 태어나 처음으로 앱스토어에 리뷰 남깁니다~~

I had another sleep app,I purchased on my travels in Montenegro. When I returned to the US and lost it off my iPad, I was out of luck. The United States App Store did not carry it. I have been installing, trying and deleting so many apps trying to get one similar. Until I found this, nothing compared. The sounds are crisp, the interface very user friendly, the sounds are far more that you typical rain or birds chirping. You are in full control, allowing individual controls for sounds within a mix. I love the timer. My other app had a timer as well. I can easily see how long I've slept. If you have trouble sleeping, that's a big deal. I can't say enough good things about this app. I live off a busy road and my daughter has several dogs, this drowns it all out. Trust me it's worth a try! Not to mention the kind developers include well enough material in the app for free. Additional sounds are 99¢ a pack, which I'm about to purchase to show my support and thanks. So little for so much :)

Incredible ability to mix all kinds of variations plus comes with great presets.
Nice app
I like the application especially the fact that you can be use both isochronic and binaural tones. Also like the other sounds bites. I have several other sound mix applications and this is one of the best.

I've been listening to binaural beats and iso tones for some time now and have tried numerous programs. This is as good as some I have paid for and hands down the best free program I've used. Thank you!!!
Excellent tone mixer!
This was so easy to use and I am using it nearly every night for sleeping. The preset tracks are great, and can be looped and chained together for a long program. Then edited, saved and renamed. Only request is to set timers for length of loop before playing next track in the sequence. For example there is a nice series of isochronic tone programs for sleep that ramp/chain from beta to theta, theta to delta. It seems to me that brain entrainment time realistically takes longer than each track before it switches to the next. I look forward to more tracks and more flexibility!

Amazing App!!
Great App! I'm loving it & it's quite easy to use once you read the very short, concise 'how to'! This App is very enjoyable, So relaxing & helpful in a good nights sleep including a wonderful selection of sounds, brainwaves, binaural & isochronic tones! & it's not Too many that some Apps offer - way too many you can't make up your mind & that's stressful & often takes up too many GB, MB on your cell. Love the way it looks too, very classy yet simple, easy-on-the-eyes look n' feel! I don't often use any 'spoken word' & looking forward to some additions more so in the isochronic & Solfeggio as I'm always using it bedside in some great Lil' speakers!! & hopefully a few more in that genre for waking up, energy!!

The sound quality is superb but the ramps are way way too short. Also it's disappointing to purchase a app and find out you need to purchase more songs. Talk about the nickel and dime treatment. Certainly not the best.

Deep Meditation
Creates a good entrainment effect during meditation. This is great for sleep also. The sounds are downloaded as packs. You can pick how much you want to download into storage. Mixing binaural tracks with nature sounds produce great mixes. Wish I could add my own sounds in the mix.

I use this app for Christian meditation. It has some deep guided Holy Spirit tracks.

The binaural beats and isochronic tones are accurate. Most have a base carrier with a pythagorian tuning or solfeggio. I checked using a scope and tuner. You get a good response even with the wave volume low and mixed with other sounds.

Finally! A true "brain wave" app that you can customize yourself! Cool! I like the guided relaxation tracks. There are some cool Christian Meditation tracks also. It takes some time to learn all the features of the app. The linking of tracks to make a long play session is nice.
Buyer be ware!
I purchased this app thinking that I was going to find the full set of Solfeggio frequencies, not so! I've found only one, the 174 HZ. I can't find any more anywhere else in the app.
In the description they make it sound like you'll have the full set of Solfeggio frequencies plus a lot more binaural beats, Isochronic tones, and more. Again, not so! May be they forgot to tell it to the app.
It also requires a lot of memory to run. Which makes it hard to play without getting warnings about low memory (I only had the App Store, Mail App open). If its that way in the iPhone 4S, I can only imagine how bad it will be in the iPad mini with it's laughable amount of memory.
Paying for apps that do not deliver what they promise is becoming way too common in the App Store. Too bad!

You have to download the sounds-no way of sampling. Not what I thought it would be.
