Worst app ever
The worst/most counterintuitve app I’ve ever used. Anyone can build this with AI in 1 hour and the UI would still be better than this.

This app does not sync with my calendar. I do not receive any notifications when things have been added or updated. For someone using this app for IVF you would think that being informed and updated in real time would be as important to the people who created the app as the people using it. This is not a good app to be using

App Crashes
The app crashes before I can scroll to the bottom. Impossible to view vital information from the doctor. This needs a fix asap.

My clinic gives me medication updates, but in order to receive any of them, I have to fully delete the app and re-install. Can’t imagine why anyone would choose this app, it’s a buggy version of a shared note.

Enjoy a newly revised design for faster and secure login???The app literally doesn’t allow to login at all! I’ve visited my clinic a few times already requesting correct and updated login information. But the app is still showing that the credentials are invalid. For what did I pay for?
New version of app suddenly closes
When scrolling through the Plan Section of the app, before I get to the bottom or last note, the app suddenly closes. Please fix. I need to see the latest plan note from the doctor.
Delayed updates and notifications
I have been using this app for almost a year now and it has caused nothing but problems. I do not get any notifications, despite having all notifications enabled. I manually refresh the app many times daily, but the new appointments often don’t come through until hours or even days AFTER appointment time. It also syncs the wrong time to my ical, when it syncs at all (e.g. synced a 9AM appointment at noon, 3 hours after the appointment had occurred). I had these issue while using my old iPhone 8 and continue to have them on my new iPhone 12. Last cycle, the timed intercourse notification was two days late and this cycle, I missed my ovulation date because of delayed appointment notifications. Incredibly frustrating. This is the worst medical app I have ever used.

Cant log in
Issue as everyone else, when I try to login it says I cannot due to the fact i am not connected to the internet. Obviously i am. Help!
App doesn’t work
Paid and download the app and can’t even log on as it’s just showing an error message of unable to connect to the internet. No apparently way of reaching IT/developer assistance.

This app will not allow me to sign in and after every fix imaginable remains to say the device is not connected to the internet. Help?
No push notifications
I missed an important appointment because despite me saying “yes” to notifications, none were given to me. Instead I have to constantly manually update the app by checking it obsessively a few times per day. That’s stressful! You guys need to improve this app.
Not working
Every time I try to log in it says I’m not connected to the internet. Now I can’t find an email for customer service to get help! It’s mandatory to use this at my clinic so not sure what I’m going to do!
Doesn’t work
This app is not very intuitive. I couldn’t even log in. I thought I would be able to use it to schedule my IVF appointments and medication reminders but I couldn’t even get past the log in page. I would like my money back as I won’t be using this app.
