IMist is a game changer
I’ve been a MistAway dealer for over 20 years, and the iMist app has become an incredibly valuable tool for both our company and our customers. The ability to remotely monitor systems and receive alerts for things like power outages or low insecticide levels helps us stay proactive and provide better service before customers even realize there’s an issue.
The app is easy to use, reliable, and gives homeowners peace of mind knowing their system is being monitored. From a dealer standpoint, it has streamlined service and improved communication tremendously. App info not accurate
Just got the system six days ago and feel this app is worthless. App will say it’s misting when it is not. App says the pressure is fine, but I know it is not because had tech come out and he said there is definitely a pressure problem. App tells you what percent is left in your tank, but tech also confirmed that information is not accurate.

Lacks basic functions
No vacation mode. Can’t schedule each day or even the weekend differently. If you maintain your own system, you can’t use it; requires hiring a dealer.
Could use more features
Sure would love a vacation pause feature, and the ability to adjust my mist times without calling or emailing in.
What terrible customer service and a worse app.
All of a sudden-this year-my log in does not work. Emailed their customer support twice so far and completely ignored. There’s a lot of other companies like this-don't make the same mistake I did. Go with someone else you will be much happier.
New system installed
Hurricane Ian took out my system. Had this be one put in with the Wi-Fi remote. Love the concept of having control, but the features are limited and gives me “command not received try again later” 90% of the time. The signal check is “good” at -77db. Would love to be on this development team to make this app what it should be.

Not Worth the Extra Cost
Really disappointed by this app. At the most basic level, why can’t you adjust the schedule from the app? All you can do is look at it. And then, for a program that most people would logically want to run at Dawn and dusk, that’s not possible either. That seems like it would be awfully easy to set up. My whole house is automated and there’s nothing I can’t set up to trigger at sunrise and sunset except the very thing that would most benefit from it. Just so much missed opportunity and I feel really bamboozled by how useless this wifi connectivity is. And I see it’s been around since 2015, so there’s really no excuse to have such a weak feature set still. Oh and you want me to pay $50 a year for this, too? Please round up all your little fifties and hire a programmer to make this worth the money.

This needs a dawn and dusk setting.
App doesn’t work too good
Tech was here today and changed schedules of when auto spray. App still shows old schedule even after deleting and reinstalling app. Also if you want to change schedules you get the message command not received.

Fails at it’s basic duty
The app changed our password. It has been the same password for awhile so we assume they internally changed it to “protect” us from Russian hackers. We have requested numerous times for a reset password link to be sent to us. No luck. In our humble opinion, an app is only useful if the company allows you the ability to open it.

Can’t Change Schedule on iPhone
No longer able to change mist times and schedules from the iPhone app. No alerts to let you know when tank is empty or low.

Version is nice, one suggestion.
This new version is nice and operates better, but we really need email notifications if there is an error in the system (and iOS notifications). The systems tend to run at sunrise and sunset when it’s hard to tell if they are working. A notice at the time of error would make the app much more valuable.
