Great service
The app has been updated since the previous 1 star reviews and is now very user friendly! We got an RV from Halifax to Montreal and it was an easy process (and way cheaper than renting!)
Great app, Great Product!
I have used Imoova for multiple vehicle rentals. It’s saved me hundreds of dollars over the years and I’m happy they have finally launched an app that means I can book vehicles when I am traveling and don’t have my laptop handy.
Does not work
Had to install twice to get it to show anything except an error page. Cannot create an account. It sends a verification code to my email, but when I enter it, nothing happens. After a while it says "oops something went wrong", which is just toddler-level feedback and communication. There is no help menu, no FAQs, no contact details. Not an auspicious start.

Thanks for the feedback, the app is still in development but should be available in Q4 2025. We'll add a banner to make this more obvious.
Doesn't work
Nothing about the app works. Search capability is broken. App crashes. No results displayed. Utter garbage.
Listings not accurate
The listings on the app don’t even match those listed online, they are out of date. So while the formatting is nicer, it’s actually far less useful than the website.
Terrible!
I don't recommend using the app. It really is awful and hard to use. I've created a link on my home screen that takes me directly to the Imoova website (which actually works pretty well).
