Used to be good
This app used to be amazing. After I hadn’t used it for a while I got signed out and when I created a new account everything was different. The new version does not work. Every time I zoom into an area all the point disappear and don’t come back until I close and reopen the app. I can’t even use it.

Disappointing experience and no refund
I don’t recommend using this app to book campsites. My first experience was very disappointing. The system failed during the booking, I didn’t receive a refund, and support showed no interest in resolving the issue. After checking reviews, I found many others reporting the same kind of system failure. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this service

Does not show anything
It doesn’t show me any free camping spots anymore in whole Australia. Some kind of bug. It worked before for me
Free camp sites
Free camp sites used to come up on the app straight away now they don’t why ????
App won’t open and support don’t respond.
I downloaded the app and opened it to set up my account. I couldn’t get past the first page. I messaged the support people on the app and then emailed a few days later. Nearly a week later and still no response. Really poor customer support.
